“Price was good, promised to deliver the following day (Friday) so had old integrated fridge taken out and food in cool bags ready for the new fridge. I called them at 3.30pm on the Friday and they said that it was not out for delivery and could not give me a reason why. Then said it would not be out until the Tuesday! What made it worse is that the owner got one of the office girls to call me back with the news as he didn't have the courage to do so himself. They did not even follow up, bad service. Next time I will pay a little more and go to a reputable company.”

“Web site was very easy to use and product price was very competitive. No problem in ordering and chat was available but I did not need it. Product arrived as ordered by tracked mail as standard. Very good service and would use again.”
