“The item we purchased was a large Samsung Freezer. We carried out our due diligence on other providers of similar models however, Donaghy brothers where the most cost effective. I was a little apprehensive at first due due to the distances involved, however, I experienced excellent communications with all of the staff when I rang regarding the logistics issue. ( esp Sara Cunningham by e-mail) They provided a first class service from start to finish considering the current climate and even ensured delivery was within a few days from Nth'n Ireland to Central London. They ensured that the driver rang us to let us know of the expected delivery before hand as we where at work. The driver was polite, courteous and helpful even as it was a curb side drop off only. I ensured we had a suitable trolley to move the freezer (our responsibility) The freezer was on a small pallet, secured and in excellent condition once we unwrapped it. Much appreciated.”

“The Samsung freezer ordered was delivered on time and i was kept fully informed of the time and date of delivery. I was also forewarned that there would be a curb side drop off and had a helper with me to move the heavy item. In the event, the sole delivery agent - the van driver - kindly did much of the lifting and stayed until the freezer was in place. The packing materials were not taken away and filled my black bin; not really a problem though. I just hope the freezer is as good as the Which? report I based my choice on suggests it will be.”

“Amazing. No messing with this lot. Ordered, arrived within days. When it says in stock, they mean it. Not like a lot of the other online appliance websites. “Fantastic company to deal with... I had not heard of them before googling appliance prices where I found Donaghy Bros to be very competitive priced, have a physical shop based in NI and that they have a very high rating on Google. Communication on and off the phone was great and James the manager went the extra mile to ensure my item would be shipped on time. Considering a lot of these appliance suppliers are online only and some of them you cant even speak to at the moment to ask questions, confirm stock levels etc I personal felt that the Donaghy team provided me the wow factor that makes all the difference. I am current in the middle of project managing a large extension and have been dealing with a number of appliance suppliers, I can honestly say I will definitely will be considering Donaghy Bros in the future. Re shipping, i am based in Essex and I received my item within 7 days. Communication was very good throughout the process. In my opinion if you can wait the extra few days then it is well worth using these guys. I will be.”

“Richard was very polite and professional, he got the information I needed when he said he would and forwarded it to me. Delivery was very quick, item was exactly what I ordered, extremely happy to deal with a competent person. Thank you so much, I will definitely deal with Donaghy Bros. again and recommend them to my friends and family.”
