“Delivery was seamless but because of Covid they were unable unpack the dishwasher, which I wished to do to check there was no damage to washing machine. The problem with buying from Northern Ireland when one lives in England is that the guarantee appears to be only valid for Northern Ireland and the voucher for 'free' All-in-One tablets is also only valid when one lives in Northern Ireland.”

“My product was unfortunately faulty when I received it, which is just one of those things. I contacted you via email to organise collection and return and request a refund. You replied to my emails quickly, professionally and politely. From collection on Monday I was notified my refund had been complete on the Friday. Exemplary customer service. Special mention for Laura from customer service and Heather from returns.”
