“The Hotpoint semi integrated dishwasher HBC2B19B delivered on the 6th July does not work. I have spoken to the manufacturers and run through with their engineer and they have confirmed there is a fault with controls and will send an engineer to check it on a provisional date of the 20th August. This is not acceptable and i intend returning the machine to you. You are unavailable to contact until 14th July. R Gregory Lower Farm Castle rd Lavendon mk464jg”

“Very good item description, delivery faster than expected with a smooth and easy transaction. The only improvement could be to pack the parcel itself in additional cardboard, instead of just shipping it in the original packaging. Or, to simply add this option if anyone would need to keep the original box in an intact condition. Recommended! Thank you.”

“I could not get my Dishwasher anywhere in Southern Ireland and when I rang Donaghy Bros, they had one in stock which I bought. Amazingly, it was delivered to Dublin the following day. A brilliant service and Donaghy's are where I will be buying any electric applicances I need from now on. Gwen”

“The overall experience was excellent. Efficient and effective. The product fits in my home perfectly. A very professional company. Qualified electrician wired the cooker in and it is working well. I was glad for the two delivery men to unpack the cooker. I unpacked the inside of it. I was disappointed that the two young men refused to unpack the cooker at first. I am a 72 year old granny and in need of their help. I am happy to say it is all up and running. Clare Shorter customer AL3 7LB”
