“I live in England so expected a longer delivery time than for people in Northern Ireland. However I was pleasantly surprised as my oven arrived just over a week from placing my order. I was kept fully informed by email from Donahue Bros and then the delivery was arranged by phone when it arrived over here. The price was competitive and it was the only place that I could find where the oven was in stock. Overall I’m very pleased and would definitely order from Donaghy Bros again.”

“Excellent customer service I was on to the office a couple of times and they were brilliant on the phone on each occasion. Once purchased the order was delivered promptly to Co Carlow. Would highly recommend”

“Good service slightly marred by unhelpful reply to a call about the delivery time. I wanted the reply to a simple answer - how can I find out when an appliance is arriving? - and was made to feel as if I were nuisance caller. That was unnecessary and annoying.”

“Despite my phone call to warn Donaghy Bros in advance that the point of delivery was 100 yds off the road, and that Kerbside delivery was unacceptable, they still delivered via a service which refused to bring the equipment to the house. I will never use Donaghy again because of their Kerbside Pallet delivery policy.”

“It was the first time I've used you, because the product (a Dyson v11 vacuum cleaner) was £10 cheaper than elsewhere. The website worked without fault, and the product was delivered quickly and promptly, with good email communication. And the vacuum cleaner has transformed our lives. Thank you. I live far from Northern Ireland but am of NI heritage, so I was proud to do business with you.”

“NO DELIVER OR MESSAGE FROM HR GOODALESLTD Phoned them today and was told that order had been cancelled and they never received the freezer. Have a lot of "spam" phone calls so might have missed if they had phoned. Noe given Arrow XL who say that they have the item and have set a delivery date of 13th October. Along time from 23rd September when order was processed !!”

“Brilliant customer service , quite a rare occurrence these days to actually phone a company and be able to speak to someone which I found excellent, Very competitively priced , and questions answered on the phone, Not the fastest delivery but it was as far away as you could get from my location, I found this company much better then Argos or Currys , and also huges, I will be ordering all my electoral goods from these in the future, they remind me of the way companies used to operate in days past, thank you Donaghybros, thumbs up”
