“One word “Outstanding”. Customer service was excellent, price well below others. Ordered a Dyson heater for my 90 year old mother and asked if order could be expedited. Received email same day that item had been despatched. Kept up to date with delivery date etc. Would have no hesitation in recommending Donaghy Bros.”

“I ordered a freezer from this company and they cancelled it the same day without the courtesy of advising me. Their site states free delivery but I discovered they wanted a further £100 to deliver to Perthshire, Scotland”

“I placed an order for a carry cot and had to phone the company to get an estimated delivery date. They were very polite and helpful, but I had to cancel my order because they couldn’t guarantee delivery for over a month. They sent me an email stating that they have refunded my money.”

“Our order was dispatched very quickly and it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. If you have the possibility to use a different courier and not DPD please do! They are unreliable and don't always inform you about when your package will be delivered which is very annoying if you're waiting on a package that is a present for someone!”
