“I've purchased a Dyson AM09 Hot & Cool from Donaghy Bros and I am very happy with the decision. Price was even lower than the Black Friday deal offered by Dyson Web Page, more than 25% discount on the retail price. This price even bested John Lewis and Harrod's ex-display unit prices. Dispatch was quick and handed over to carrier next day. The carrier took their time with the delivery but to be honest there was lots of disruption due to snow that week. 48 in Parcelforce48 might mean the package needs to stay in the hub for 48 hours ;) The Dyson arrived in its original packaging, unopened, completely new, all the documents and everything is intact. So overall I got a brand new Dyson at the best possible price. Well done Donaghy Bros!”

“We purchased a Dyson "Animal" vacuum as this was recommended by "Which" magazine. The vacuum is excellent in every way and the price we paid was very competitive. Delivery was not as quick as we had hoped but this was due entirely to the bad weather which caused hold ups everywhere. The delivery company's tracking system did not work which was a bit disappointing.”

“Best price, prompt delivery. I have deducted one star for something others may regard as a positive. When the model I ordered was not in stock a more expensive one was dispatched. It's just that I would have liked to have been asked first, as I had done a lot of research on specific models. And it highlights the importance of keeping websites up to date to reflect stock levels. That said, I am happy with what I received, the price I paid, and the commitment to customer service.”
