“ordered a bosch dishwasher showing in stock, chased them after 2 days as heard nothing. then told they only had 1 left on display but they would have to sell at full price £749 another 3 days later got an email to say the one on display is actually damaged and they can't get anymore. now i can't find it elsewhere. website isnt live stock and the items come from ireland not england.”

We can only apologise for the mix up in the online stock quantity being incorrect on the dishwasher you wished to purchase and the subsequent delay in communicating this to you. “Overall a great experience. Good range of products . Price was way below what I could get it for locally. Online experience had a little glitch. No confirmation but money left account... a quick, short and efficient call to Donaghy Bros sorted it out (everyone has IT problems from time to time). Fridge freezer delivered within the days promised. Would highly recommend them.”

“We had a problem with our Miele vacuum cleaner which we had purchased 2 months earlier. When we contacted Donaghy Bros the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. The cleaner was collected from our house and the repaired cleaner was returned a couple of weeks later. Brilliant!”
