“I have purchased from donating bros before and I always find that they have a great variety of items, whatever I'm looking for, it's very easy to order online and delivery is usually within a couple of days. This time was no different.”

“I searched multiple suppliers for the fridge freezer I bought, Donaghy were offering it at the best price, I then spoke to the girl at Donaghy Bros to clear a concern I had about the specification, it was like speaking to my local shop, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. It was delivered promptly by an equally obliging driver who wheeled it straight to the point where I wanted it. Donaghy Bros then followed up the delivery to enquire if all was to my satisfaction, all I very impressive.”

“Excellent communication with a friendly and helpful attitude when I telephoned about making an order. I was warned their courier might struggle with a pre Christmas delivery but ultimately my freezer arrived just a few days after I ordered despite having to cross the Irish sea to the UK. Tope quality service.”

“Very poor service and customer support. The cooker hood I ordered arrived very late and has since proved to be faulty. Tried to ring several times for customer support but keep being told that the person dealing with my enquiry is not in the office and they will ring me back…of course, they do not ring me back and I have to keep following up myself. Won't be using Donaghy Bros again.”

“Great company to deal with, I needed a specific oven model delivered to mainland UK in time for Christmas. Not only did they have the model I needed but they had it at a slightly lower price that some other places and they were very quick in getting a delivery organised. I had the appliance in my kitchen within 3 working days of contacting them. Brilliant!”
