“extremely helpful, stock was in stock when they said it was and delivered to England from Northern Ireland within the promised timescale- only 7 days - brilliant. Compared to another company that said the required cooker was in stock ( it wasn't) and would be delivered in 8 weeks !!! But then sent a text after I had paid to say delivery would be 12 weeks!! Thanks to Donaghy Bros we now have our cooker installed and working within 8 days of ordering. Fantastic service”

“Dyson HP04 recommended to me by allergenic son. Good price, cheaper than in England incluing shipping, but annoying that price was dropped by £10 the day after I bought it. Very efficient heater, lets see how it copes with the pollen next summer. Overall, pleased with purchase & service”

“Absolutely superb service. I don’t usually bother with reviews but I was so impressed with the service, the communication was simply excellent. I will try to use them again. In fact I would pay a bit more for a product if the company provides this level of service.”

“Excellent service. After reading some previous “not so good” reviews, I decided to use the websites online chat feature to send an e-mail to check my items were in stock before ordering. I was then able to e-mail to confirm a delivery date. James and Sara were very helpful and flexible around our moving in dates to ensure our washing machine and dishwasher were delivered on the date we moved into our new home at a time that suited us around picking up our keys. On the day of delivery I received a phone call when the driver was half an hour away. Again, the driver was very flexible as we had not yet picked up the keys and delayed our delivery to suit us. I would highly recommend Donaghy Bros! Great service and great products for a great price!”

“My order progressed as promised, delivery was longer than usual but I was warned of this before I placed the order. I was notified of the progress of my order by the supplier until it was dispatched and had their contact details. I then had details of the carrier who kept me updated. The delivery man was very helpful although a little later than stated but I was kept fully informed.”

“Ordered my mixer late Sunday evening, the website did warn of a delay due to demand, but received my order on the Wednesday. Fantastic turnaround time, and absolutely love my new toy. I've wanted a KitchenAid for years, and I now have my foot on the ladder. Very good price and very happy customer, thank you”
