“The delivery was very fast, I ended up returning the item and the customer service I received from Sara was amazing. The parcel had was dropped off to be returned and something went wrong with the courier, Sara provided me with a prompt refund whilst they investigated the problems with the return. Based on the customer service I would recommend the company to anyone and will be using again in the future. The prices are better or in line with much larger businesses with the customer service you would get from a small family business.”

“Recently purchased a new Dyson vacuum from Donaghy Bros, they were cheaper than the main competition on line . I was a little apprehensive at first with the company not being on the UK mainland and having not heard of them, but I needn’t have worried, the customer service was excellent and we are delighted with the speedy delivery and quality of product.”
