Hello Bernard, we apologise once again, it appears we had a stock discrepancy on our website at the time of your order and the saucepan set you wished to purchase was out of stock. As soon as we reaised this we cancelled your order and processed a full refund via PayPal but of course appreiate your disappointment. “It was a real pleasure to buy our fridge from Donaghy Bros. They had a good range in stock and were able to dispatch it the next day. The delivery was as quick as promised and very friendly and professional. Dealing with Donaghy Bros was much more like dealing with a local family business with helpful replies and follow-up emails and quite a contrast with dealing with the big chain electrical store or online warehouses and you felt on first name terms with all the staff. The fridge arrived in perfect condition but, as the one it is replacing was flawless for 31 years, it will be some time before the quality of the fridge itself becomes apparent. So far it is working very well.”

“Bought a washer dryer from Donaght Bros as they were so much cheaper than any other supplier. Delivery time was a little longer as they are in NI and I’m on the mainland but still had it in less than a week. Great product, good online shopping experience and excellent delivery. Would definitely use them again.”
