“I bought an electrical kitchen blender from Donaghy. The purchase was excellent in all aspects. The price was good, the despatch was prompt and well packed, and transit rapid. (From order to recipt, Northern Ireland to eastern England, four days including a weekend!) I had one occasion to contact the firm and received prompt and very friendly attention. Five stars and no qualifications!”

“Donaghy Bros were fantastic in every way! I purchased a cooker from John Lewis which they failed to deliver in the middle of a kitchen renovation. “We searched online for a new hob and found an ex-display one in Donaghy’s that fitted our spec. A couple of phone calls later and we had established it’s condition as ‘straight out of the box’ and so we bought it. Delivery was a little tricky due to drivers/ferries/Covid etc but we were kept informed of progress and the unit arrived right on the schedule as forecast. Overall, excellent customer service from Donaghy Bros-Many thanks!”

“Donaghy Bros was the only place I could find that had the Dyson vacuum cleaner I wanted in stock and at a very good price. I had not used them before and was a bit concerned about ordering from Ireland for the UK but most reviews were good so I placed the order. I received the order confirmation, soon after the dispatch notification and the Dyson arrived two days later by DPD. Excellent service, I will definitely buy from them again.”

“A great experience purchasing a Miele rotary iron from Donaghy Bros. My phone queries were answered promptly. “I bought a larder fridge on-line from Donaghy Bros. The delivery was earlier than expected, swift and was handled well by the delivery team. One problem I cannot solve is changing the door to open the other way. The screws are very tight and in the end I gave up! The fridge is working well.”
