“We originally purchased a Neff Oven, however, the model we wanted was out of stock with the Donaghy Brothers supplier so they offered a higher specification model at no extra charge which we initially accepted. We then changed our mind and asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund. To their credit Donaghy Brothers said 'no problem' and processed the refund. Laura was our contact and she was brilliant. We will definitely shop with them again in the future. Great customer service.”

“If I could score higher I would, the service was first class. Ordering was easy, communication was excellent and the delivery was much quicker than I expected and the driver was friendly and helpful. Oh and the fridge/freezer I ordered is great 👍”
