Faulty lid opening .. on first use the product was faulty and poor customer service

The filters are excellent but the company is not. Scores zero on customer service. Any company that ensures that it cannot be contacted by phone doesn't deserve to stay in business.

When I opened the product, I found it was damaged. I then looked at the packaging box and saw that it was not damaged or pressed, so I couldn't figure out the damage.
