Hello, i am a Mittel irritated, becource the Container of the oder, was Not Luke shown in the Internetshop. So it is a little to hight for my gravity System. Usally i was Linking dir the Produkt number 8354, nur i recieved 8675. It would be helpful to show the number, by the orderlist. I will nie go to the webshop and look at the order. My old Filter says only doulton, the one you send, was written with british berkefeld, so i dont know the different.

got this waterfilter to attatch to my tap BUT it does not fit. my tap spout is a smaller diamiter to the attachment with the water filter - concidering returning item, or having to change kitchen mixer tap !!

You know I have a gravity water filter that takes 2 replacement candles, so please make your website clearer, so that I don't have to go through the palaver again of ordering yet another candle with expensive postage.

I bought from Doulton because I didn’t want to buy from Amazon. However, the postage cost was insane, over £6 for a single plastic nut, and I ended up buying the wrong size - completely my fault. Returning it was pointless, as you don’t get the original postage back (fair enough) and you have to pay to post back (again, fair enough). I ended up buying four nuts plus extra spare parts from… Amazon, for the same price as the single nut from Doulton. 🤷‍♂️ I tried, at least.

The filter works well, however the tap seal is leaking and does not stop leaking no matter how tight or loose I fit the valve. Would welcome contact from the Doulton team to resolve this issue.

When I first contacted you I was given the wrong advice about the filter cartridge I needed. Fortunately I double checked and was then advised of the correct product. This could have caused serious problems if we’d tried to fit the wrong cartridge After that the cartridge arrived in good time and I did receive an apologyj

How could I review anything when your express delivery subcontractor made one attempt 3 days ago, and nothing ever since? I just want someone to tell me when, or if, you will deliver. Should I just cancel and order again?

it's ok. the tap is very cheap and badly made. filtration takes hours and hours making the whole thing impractical for daily use. it's a hell of a lot lot to spend on a mickey mouse solution

The filter is so big you cant put much water in it so you are constantly refilling

I filled this and drank from it a total of four times. Then it fell out of my bag in a hotel room and the plastic lid shattered. So I put it in the bin. I wouldn't want another. Heavy, filter takes a lot of space, and the advice when I got it was to only use it for filtering potable treated tap water. I had looked for and not found details on the website for what it filters and assumed it was the same standard as their gravity filter. It's not. BTW the plastic lid is poor design. I am buying a gravity filter system from a competitor which comes with a metal spigot, as doulton's default is also a plastic one in their gravity filters. Not that impressed, marketing and price exceeds quality

I received my filter( the fourth system I have bought ) and I am a bit disappointed.. the filters took ages to run through...even after a week they still leave residue and just not up to the standard that I have become used to

I havent recived my filter after 10 days of pursache, the product is very good and every years i by supplies but this time i dont know what happened with the delivery
