Well i am not sure why after filtering the water ppm is increasing please explain to me ? Also taste of the water is almost the same as tap water after filtering , so taste is bad, please advise.

Necesitaba recambio de filtro. He pedido uno (biotec Ultra SL) que supuestamente es compatible con el que tengo sobre encimera, al ir a enroscar no me coincide la rosca, me dicen que si es una versión más antigua, necesito otro diferente (Ultracar SL). Por favor avisarlo en la página. Es un engorro tener que devolverlo porque en la página web, no está bien indicado. Saludos.

They don't provide enough information about their products on their website. It's also unclear what the difference is between two similar products (e.g., Ultracarb vs. Biotect Ultra). They also don't offer free returns, which is not ideal when things go wrong or when you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations. The products are overpriced, and I haven't noticed any differences in the treated water.

Very disappointed with this water purifier as already the tap is leaking around where it’s attached to the main body of the purifier! I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I would of written a review about the British Berkefeld I recently bought, however, twice I emailed your company to thank them for helping us out down here in Brixham when we had the cryptosporidium outbreak and you never answered me once. A short aknowledgement/ thanks for the email would of sufficed. It's a shame as it's a great product.

My parents ordered a water filter of 8.5L for my birthday. This arrived with missing parts. The bolt assembly for the lid. There is also no parts list, with the paper instructions, something one can get in Ikea. I then ordered a metal tap and stand. With the metal tap, there is no parts list again, nor an exploded diagram which will state orientation of the washer. It needed about 2 emails to bring their attention to the relevant points, and no apology for the missing parts. I am open to improvement however. They need to do better.

It turned out that it wasn’t a filter that was suitable for my counter to gravity filter. Confusing that they all look the same. I have been offered a refund if i return it at my own expense.
