“All went perfect. Reading the website it‘s not easy to decide which kind of filter to buy And I only found the terms and conditions for a subscription filter purchase in English...for someone who doesn't speak this language very well, this is an obstacle to taking out a subscription for the filters. I was very satisfied with the rest.”

“It's probably my fault but I've given up because it kept leaking. At first a man told me I'd filled it too full, so I tried not putting as much water in, but it still leaked.”

“Filtered water tastes nice from British Berkerfeld barrel however as there is no indicator how much water is lwft in the bottom container and you add water in the top container, the water strarts dripping out at the point where the two containers meet and can cause flood if you leave it overnight.”

“The filtering system is great, water definitely tastes better. Had a great big leak around the tap seals the first night but that was sorted once readjusted. The only grumble is that the tap provided is still dripping in the Off position.”

“I think this is a nice bottle. The spout is soft so no bashing your teeth if your walking & drinking. It has a decent carry handle which is concealed if you're not on the move & I just like that it's filtered. It's reasurring to know that where ever you go you have clean water.”

“We had a problem with the water filters sent with the countertop package - after flushing and conditioning the filters and system over 24/ chemical. We attempted 20 litres of filtering over two days and still had the same problem. It was difficult to get the company to respond to emails/ online form or phone (over the weekend) but when we did finally get them on Monday by phone they immediately sent out replacement filters and now our water smells and tastes fine. We don’t know if the original filters were toxic or affect our health. Hopefully not! We still would not hesitate to recommend the company. A goodwill gesture would have been appreciated. Issues happen in business, it’s how they are dealt with that matter. They were flexible enough to send the replacement filters with Royal Mail at my request as DPD (as usual )made a huge problem in the delivery of the original package. We recommend that they use another company for deliveries!”
