My filter has not been delivered and the tracking states returned to sender, so on this basis I have nothing good to say!

L'eau obtenue est franchement mauvaise. Pour finir j'ai enlevé ce filtre anti calcaire. L'eau est maintenant excellente.

No more the quality it was. I bought one several years ago and make buy it by two friends. Now I have a new one and my water keep the taste of tab water, the filtration is much more (too)quick and the support just ask again and again for pictures without taking action.

I haven't received my command for the moment. It is said "en transit" with no clue about where it is or when I will have it.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, filter does not work when I try drink no water comes up it and very poor we have to pay for returning this item when it doesn’t work to begin with! wouldn’t purchase again

DOULTON can’t provide the right size adapter to fit the water filter to the sink tap and need me pay the charge for return mailing. (Existing adapter was diameter 18mm and DOULTON adapter diameter was 21mm)

I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my repeat order, I have sent e-mails, rung you and you STILL continue to take payment, which is NOT authorised and send filters..STOP!!! just STOP!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone.

I have been buying Doulton filters for many year and love the quality of product. Unfortunately the latest delivery of the product has what appears to be a different size thread and doesn't work on my filter housing. The old product was an Ultra carb filter the new product is a Biotect Ultra. Has the connection size changed or are they not compatable?
