“As advised to Trevor Vendlab by email last week, this is not yet installed because I cannot muster the strength to unscrew the front plate (and neither can my 22 yo son). Faulty? Please advise return/replacement arrangements. Many thanks.”

“The stand does not accommodate the stainless steel reservoir with the rubber at its base, you have to get rid out of the rubber?”

“Pretty good. Although I did expect the water to be cleaner coming out on the TDS. Water going in was 0.12 PPM and water coming out was 0.27 PPM. Would like to know what these filters are adding to the water? leaves a dryness on the tongue.”

“I've used Berkey filters for years. Tried these as Berkey are now extremely expensive - ridiculously so. However the ceramic Doulton filters take forever and and age to filter through, so much slower than Berkey. So am still on my search for the perfect water filter.”
