“I've bought the waterfilter as part of my emergency preparation kit. The area where I live in The Netherlands has a perfect water quality. So for me there is no need to buy a waterfilter for daily use. But I (and some of my friends) like to be prepared for the times that good water isn't available. You can't live with good drinking water and you don't want to become ill when times are bad. I checked all the goods received and I'm very satisfied with the quality delivered. The system was carefully packed and with a short delivery time. It gives me peace of mind that I have a good water purification system when needed. I thinking about buying some extra spare filters. I'm happy with my purchase!”

“Been using them for a number of years to supply replacement filters for the Berkley filter system. The filter unit holds over 5 litres and am now on the auto replacement every 6 months. Water tastes ok, no idea if the fluoride is removed, but the local water authority are dosing everyone with fluoride to "protect" the children.”

“Initially I was having difficulties in assembling the tap, but later on l got it. Please it will be help if a step by step guide can be included in the pack. So far do good it Is okay.”

“They don't provide enough information about their products on their website. It's also unclear what the difference is between two similar products (e.g., Ultracarb vs. Biotect Ultra). They also don't offer free returns, which is not ideal when things go wrong or when you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations. The products are overpriced, and I haven't noticed any differences in the treated water.”

“DOULTON can’t provide the right size adapter to fit the water filter to the sink tap and need me pay the charge for return mailing. (Existing adapter was diameter 18mm and DOULTON adapter diameter was 21mm)”

“These are excellent filters. My normal water supply has a very strong chlorine taste and smell. These filters removed that taste perfectly. Excellent delivery and service. Highly recommended product as a replacement for original Berkey carbon filters which are now overpriced.”
