“Though they didn't print the job correctly (wrong stock, and mono rather than colour), they did retrieve the situation by reprinting the job and shipping it again quickly, with due apologies and no attempt to avoid blame for the error. So full marks for the recovery! Finished job was excellent.”

“Very quick, efficient, cost-effective, and good quality fulfillment of my order. It was only marred by the delvery box being damaged whilst with the carrier. Fortunately, the contects were well packed with bubblewrap/air-bags and therefore the consignmeent itself suffered no damage.”

“Great service! Wonderful value and fast shipping. The first shipment of my order contained an error - the pages were all printed twice. DoxDirect fixed the problem so promptly, the correct version arrived the next day! Great, prompt customer communication and the complimentary sweets are a nice touch.
