Item had pages added to allow for binding method. these additional pages were left untreated/unprinted and look very out of place, and leaves the publication looking very unprofessional. simply printing these pages in a single colour would have been better than nothing.

Hi Vincent, thanks for taking the time to write a review, and sorry you weren't happy with the outcome of the booklet. With saddle stitched binding we do try and make it clear on the website both before and during ordering that the page count of the document should be in multiples of 4 for this binding type, and the blank pages added are displayed in the document preview before checkout. Paid for next day production and it didn’t come the day it was meant to. Very disappointing as it was quite pertinent and I paid extra for the earlier delivery. There’s also problems with using this website on mobile. It doesn’t allow you to add more than one file. It starts to show errors. Might use again, not sure.

Efficient service, but disappointed with the print quality. More appropriate for printing where hi-resolution images aren't needed. Your files are uploaded in PDF format and even if you upload in hi-res format, they are converted into PDF. My original, uploaded images were pin sharp, but when printed, they are of average quality, certainly not photo quality. I'd use the service again for text based printing, but will look elsewhere for photo-quality printing. I chose the highest weight of paper and colour printing, but these still weren't to my satisfaction.

Hi Matt, thanks for writing your review. Good to hear you found the service efficient, and of course we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the quality. We do actually convert and print PDFs at the highest possible quality settings on our presses, but when it comes to photo printing in particular there are specific papers and other print settings we would need to use to achieve a perfect result. Because we're not intrinsically a photo printing company, but rather a cost effective document printing service, we have a standard configuration for each type of document, which keeps the cost reasonable and produces great results on the whole, which unfortunately hasn't been sufficient for your more specific needs. We do want all of our customers to be happy, and actually offer a 'Love us or your money back' guarantee. The paper inside the book was great quality. However the cover was not smooth, there were marks, you could see where the glue had been applied. I wouldn't say it was worth £50! But great customer service

I had a booklet to be printed but didn't realise a pdf pages had to be in multiples of 4 - unfortunately this meant that the booklet was printed without the first two pages. They have had to be photocopied instead.

The quality of the paper and binding is satisfactory. The print quality of the text is very clear but the reproduction of the colour pictures is too dark....some detail is completely lost. It would seem that a check on colour calibration was not made since the original file shows good colour balance and correct brightness.

Easy to print door to door service. Really cheap too. My only criticism is that I ordered 170gsm paper for my colour printing but I'd say that only half of my order was printed on that thickness...the rest was much thinner paper. It didn't matter this time, but it could have ruined my order. A quality check would have been nice. There were a few colour smudges too. But overall good, and I would definitely use them again, due to swiftness, ease and cost.

We sent some images to print, and when they came back the quality was pretty poor. Obviously largely our fault, but would've been good if they'd had an alert to highlight image quality wouldn't be great. We then imporved the images and resent them to be printed, and got a message to say they couldn't print edge to edge as we'd requested. I was having email correspondence to try to resolve this when I got an email to say this had now been dispatched. SO in the end we have two copies of the images, none of which are quite what we wanted. So slightly disappointing.

The new site isn't as easy to use as the old one - I used the old site without any problems using adblockers and popup blockers - the new site just hides some buttons in some browsers. I was less sure that I had ordered the right thing with the new site.

printed a batch of A3 side bound spiral work for me then after a big upload sent me an email saying they cant do it anymore?? uploads and pagination a real problem if you need facing pages. For the simple stuff its good.

The documents were a day late and came in white folders whereas I had specified black. Quite disappointing.

Setup was simple and service prompt. I was disappointed because the manual I requested was far too large. In the attached photo I show the large manual with the smaller size I wanted. The fault could have been mine, but then instructions could have been made clearer.
