“My dog went missing and they provided me with 50 free posters. I had them delivered the very next day with Complimentary Sweets. I am overwhelmed by their generosity Thank you so much. PS my dog has been found safe and well.”

“They have a great website which covers all your printing needs from single pages to mass production all for decent prices. They even sent me a haribo in the post and sent a christmas card even though i never used them for 6 months.. The company feels more like a friend providing a service than a business. Doxdirect has become my one-stop shop for all my online printing needs.”

“What a brilliant company, I ordered a spiral bound on Tuesday evening and it arrived on Friday. It's really professional and at a very reasonable price. “Doxdirect created the final stage of a 21 year old project. I've been writing to my daughter since she was an embryo. The 330,000 word tome was printed and bound for the price of just inkjet cartridges if I'd done it myself. Great work and really easy software to use. Happy to recommend.”

“I have ordered on more than one occasion from Doxdirect, in colour and black and white - generally A5 size. The paper quality is very good, as is the print quality, the customer service is fantastic and the printing and posting time is really good.”

“Have to give DoxDirect and in particular Louise a huge thank you for helping me get a batch of photobooks printed in time and on budget they are simply great! The quality was fantastic and I was very impressed with the turn around which was far quicker then many other printers offered. You have been a big help understanding my requirements and helping me submit the artwork correctly. I would gladly recommend DoxDirect.”

“My initial print run of 11 books had a couple of serious defects in one of the books, and a minor graphical glitch in the cover of all of them. I brought this to the attention of their customer services, supplying photographs of the problems, and they immediately offered to reprint the entire run. They prioritised the job and I received the books a couple of days later. All of them are absolutely perfect. When you check out your order there is a big notice saying that if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the result then they will reprint or refund in full. I can happily confirm that they are true to their word, and they have left me a 100% satisfied customer. For such excellent customer care and a dedication to ensuring quality and satisfaction I would not hesitate to return to you for my next printing project and will be recommending Doxdirect to anyone who cares to listen. - Mark Clements”

“I needed to produce training material delegate packs for an important client. Normally I would do this on my office printer and then bind them in loose leaf folders. Although practical and presentable in this instance they just didn't portray the quality of my business and brand as I wanted. I discovered doixdirect and decided to commission the production of my latest course delegate packs. Using the drop down options made this a very simple task and it took less than a minute to identify the binding, cover type and style of my document. I received them within 4 days and I have to say that they look extremely professional and have a real feel of quality. When considering the time and effort myself and my administrator would have spent printing, collating and binding these I would say that the real cost was less. I have now decided that I will utilise doxdirect for all further bulk printing of training and publicity material due to the long term benefits of providing quality documents to my customer base this will bring.”

Hello Christine, Sorry to hear you're not happy with your Doxdirect experience. I must point out that the website does display the date on which an order will be despatched (at both the quote stage and checkout stage). Delivery time is in addition to turnaround time, and Royal Mail delivery dates are not guaranteed (even by Royal Mail themselves). Your order was placed on a weekend, when our production facility is closed, so the order was produced on Monday with 1 day turnaround, then despatched on Tuesday with your chosen delivery method of Free UK 1st Class Royal Mail. Again, the despatch date is displayed when you get a quote and before the checkout to reflect the weekday-only production. As for our staff being rude, I'm sure this was a misconception. Leigh and Lou who you spoke to are both very professional (and lovely) people. However, we don't want any of our customers to be unhappy, so we have refunded you the entire cost of your order. I hope you'll find this to be a fair solution. All the best, Doxdirect
