Sneaky price increase! - This is mainly effected on the fast turn around option. The prices are now ridiculously high! Us usual customers who have spent a vast amount of money with you should've at least been informed via email about the increase! - I'll be looking for another printing provider soon.

Hello Ajay I am sorry you are unhappy with the recent price changes, a few prices have actually decreased too – so we're still very competitive. The prices are clearly shown on the Price Calculator and online at time of ordering, nothing is hidden or added at Checkout. Many thanks The Doxtors

Sent wrong product = not a book but binded folder. Too busy to chase for fix. Will not use again.

The first order I placed with Doxdirect turned up 24 hour late despite having expedited shipping. The second order didn't show up at all! The order I did receive was otherwise faultless. Potentially a really good service let down by over-promising and under-delivering

I only say poor, because I have not received the printing yet. You, like me have assumed that the web site times would be achieved and that it would have arrived. If we are lucky it will arrive and it will be brilliant.

I ordered 3 A3 prints and all were blurry - at no point during the booking process did it warn me that they may be pixelated

Hello Charlotte I’ve had a look at your original uploaded files. They are jpegs which are less than 1mb in size each, and only 72dpi resolution. The quality is quite poor, you can see pixellation on them. You have then requested to enlarge them to A3, which again makes the resolution even lower. Unfortunately we can only print as good as the files supplied I’m afraid. Many thanks The Doxtors

For the item we where trying to purchase, your costs was too high. We went with a competitor with a lower cost and yet some elements that are superior to yours. Also their online system is more user friendly than yours. I hope this helps you.

Dox direct used to offer a 'crop to size' option. Since this has been taken away it doesn't really suit my needs anymore

Hello, Sorry you're not liking the new interface. We have changed the interface on the front end of the site. However custom size functionality is still supported - we think it works better, so we offer the option to select NS - None standard, the site processes the files at their uploaded size. Sorry if that's not clear on the site.

My order was delayed.My order was delayed. Needed the order urgently and received no correspondence re dispatch or the delay until I flagged it up myself. When it was dispatched I only received one of my orders and had to contact again regarding the whereabouts of the other.

Order was not as agreed by email; replacement got lost in the post; eventual chase up may get a copy delivered tomorrow in format as requested - we shall see! Went with Doxdirect as needed A3 spiral binding which they now say they no longer do. Thank you for agreeing to fulfil my order as requested anyway. Let's hope it arrives tomorrow.

they offer no option of sending a note in the case of a gift. other items are ok. why not offer an option like that? why ddoes the customer have to know it comes from Dox direct?

Funnily enough we were discussing this yesterday, offering a non-branded packaging option, which could include a gift note. It isn't something we've had a huge demand for historically but if the demand was there it's certainly something we could introduce. Best wishes, Doxdirect.

The print was perfect. But the stated delivery time was way off. No warning of delay until I enquired. Not much of an apology offered.i order for 2 day turn around. I received a week later.

Very unhappy with the service from dox direct - I paid for edge to edge printing because that is what I required. I received an email letting me know they couldn't do it, and proceeded to run my order with bleeds. I would have expected them to ask whether I wished to continue or to ask for an alternate configuration.

I've used Doxdirect for 4 years and have received a good service. Since they changed their ordering system, both recent orders were wrong. The preview doesn't work and it seems like what you chose when uploading the document changes. My latest batch of manuals had the last page missing and it was printed on the back of the card and the clear acetate front cover was missing. I contacted Doxdirect and had expected some kinder customer support but I was basically told it was my fault. After 4 years, I will be getting my printing done somewhere else! Very disappointed!

Hello, I am sorry you are unhappy with us. If you choose a printed back cover it means the last page will be printed as the back cover on 300gsm card. We have only printed as ordered i'm afraid. My document was delivered incorrectly even after a phone call and email conversation to confirm that it would be printed correctly. I was, however, given a refund despite not being able to return my document which was very much appreciated.

I would like to review the 2 documents I ordered. But I dont have them. Apparently too big for saddle stiching and one missed phone call later they 'cant get hold of me'. Not trying very hard really. Take my business elsewhere.

I called you twice and emailed you to explain as we could have processed the order as a spiral bound book or printed on thinner paper etc, there were several options.
