“I was very happy with the service from Docdirect and was pleased with how my book turned out. It did have a small dent in the book as my book was quite thin so I may consider getting hardback next time. I would order from this company again.”

“Prints turned up as scheduled, however I didn't get any confirmation email saying they had been sent (nothing in junk mail either) which caused some panic as the prints were needed first thing on Monday morning. As it was the weekend none was available via the telephone number on the email to be able to confirm if they had been sent or not.”

“Gorgeous quality product at a great price - really wonderful. If you are wanting a book where the inside content is all black and white bear in mind the print defaults to colour. You need to look carefully on the next page after the one where you upload your document. There is a little blue 'edit' under document specification and that's where you can change to black and white, still get a colour cover, and get a very reasonably priced book. My other issue is the Haribo that was included in my order. It's a lovely idea on the surface, sending someone a pack of sweets, but I'm vegan and they have gelatine in them. So I can't order from here again as technically, if they're sending a pack with every order, I'm helping fuel the meat and dairy industry.”

“Arrived quickly and was what I expected. Only draw back is you can only create one document at a time. I initially loaded up 6 PDFs which I wanted as separate documents so had to start again. If this function does exist it should be made more obvious”

Hi Christoper, thanks for your order. We have an 'Add another document' button on the configure page and the checkout, which allow you to add more documents to a single order. Some customers upload multiple documents to be merged into one book/file/booklet for example, so we've taken the approach of uploading and configuring one item at a time. It's certainly something we can think on though, and see if it's possible to offer both options on a future website update :)
