“Ease of gaining an accurate quote, friendly staff who were always attentive and punctual in responding to any queries. Timely, excellent service/delivery, will definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“The print was excellent - it far exceeded my expectations. I would use them again, and are about to as I type this. The only reason I did not give them a five star rating was due to the packaging. My order was for A4 prints which were packaged with only one piece of cardboard. The package was marked as 'do not bend' but someone along the way did manage to partially bend it leading to some slight damage to some sheets. Fortunately, this time, it was only a little inconvenient.”

“My only complaint is that there was a added extra blank page after the front cover which then put everything out of sync by a page from what I had designed. Other than that very pleased with the quality and delivery time, would definitely use again.”

Thanks for your review. We're actually about to update the website with a solution for books that allows you to choose to include the blank or not, effectively allowing you to choose whethere the first page of your book starts on the left or right side.

“Great fast service - said 48hrs and they delivered 48hrs, brilliant. The item was good quality for the price. The website as easy to use to upload to, my only problem was using the website to design a front cover - images wouldn't load,the screen kept freezing and the edit option was unresponsive resulting me to stick with my own choice in the end. So in summary, pretty good and I would recommend and use again. Thank you :)”

“Quality of final product, and speed of production, was great. The only problem I had was with placing the original order, where I was confronted with a box about tabs. I didn't want any tabs, never asked for them, and didn't see how to move on. (Eventually, it was simple. Just ignore it, scroll down, and you go to Checkout). But I was stuck, so I rang the number. Spoke to two different people, one of whom told me I must have clicked Tabs and offered me a reset; the other told me to go out and start again. Eventually I solved it for myself, but they should have known.”

“My first experience of using the company was certainly interesting, I had a deadline for the production of a book a week ago and unfortunately it was not met so I ended up having to go to an in store printer to meet the deadline. I was certainly left disappointed but the whole experience. However, since then my issues have been dealt with by Louise, who has been very professional and helpful. The book quality is very high ; paper and print look great and the binding is to a very good standard. I am currently in the process of re-ordering a set of books. When comparing the production qualities of Dox with the in store printer that I used, Dox is by far superior. As I said the build quality of the book is excellent, and ultimately that is what I was looking for.”
