“My documents arrived one day later than expected, but that's hardly a deal breaker and I was using the cheapest delivery option. I only needed basic A4 printing but nonetheless the quality was really top-notch. I opted to use doxdirect only because the family printer had broken down but in future I'd use them again whenever I wanted really professional looking printing. Can't argue with the price either.”

“Online ordering needs to be made a lot more customer friendly, needed help at this stage. Paper quality, print quality and speed of service all good but unfortunately my document was printed A4 instead of A5 as requested. However, Doxdirect dealt with this issue very well and so I would recommend their services and try them again.”

“Paper was of better quality than expected. Two pages had dark marks probably from the paper feeding mechanism in the printer and one page had a bent corner. Apart from these minor things the document was flawless.”

“Initially my order was not printed correctly. As soon as I pointed this out the order was printed correctly and I received it the next day. You only usually find out how good a company is when they have to correct something. So tops marks!”

“International shipping was super expensive. Would have appreciated a slower, cheaper option. I swear I ordered double sided (showed as such in the preview) but it arrived single sided and that's what my receipt says. An order status page would have been nice. Otherwise, prints came out great.”

“I found the site very easy to use and the quality of the printing and speed of delivery was good. The reservation on my ratings is based purely on the simplicity of the job. I haven't really tested the service with anything complex yet but I am confident enough, based on this one experience, to try something else. Thank you!”

“still having trouble as to how to print off multiple files in order of differing sizes, some bespoke sized images, the rest are A5 and some A4, I just don't get this "merge" thing! I have 10 sheets on a PDF,2 are 3" x 4" and 2 are A5 sized labels and 4 are A4 instruction sheets, so far I either get all reduced to A5 or the A5 images blown up to A4, which cocks up the bard coding on my label.....I don't want to have to pay 2 lots of postage if I enter 2 different order/jobs”

“I had to remind them to send me an acknowledgement of my order but other than that the personal attention was admirable, phoning to check there was meant to be a blank page at the front of the dissertation and postponing dispatching it until someone would be in to receive it.”

“Great efficient service and I will use again but I was very put off with the telephone manner of the lady I spoke to when there was an issue with the front cover ( I wont name her but initials L.G). There was some confusion with the order but it was just her 'offness' that narked me. Otherwise, good communication and fast delivery.”

“Doxdirect printed off two of my own full colour, illustrated children's books recently, which I am very pleased with. The quality of print is excellent; the clarity perfect. I received both within one week. The only point I would like to make is that the process of uploading the right number of pages for my preferred layout to work wasn't instantly straightforward. Having said that, after some revision on my part, the end result was lovely. Queries were dealt with instantly; they were very helpful on all fronts. This is the third order I have placed with them and would use them again.”

“This is a reliable service and there are helpful people at the end of the telephone. We have experienced a number of problems with their website, but Doxdirect seem to be working hard on improving this and the results so far have been excellent.”

“Excellent service and product here, only limitation I found was that you can't supply a graphic file such as a png, you have to chuck it into a word or pdf document, so an extra step was required for my needs.”

“I was satisfied with the pricing, speed of delivery and overall value for money of the service. On this occasion, I was using Doxdirect to print remotely for me a small selection of documents for a client while I was on holiday and had no access to a printer. The only comments that I would make relate to my experience with these 2 jobs. Some small improvements could be made, which could also benefit the company: 1. System over reliance on auto fill of billing addresses, not allowing manual address entry. My business has been at this address for 4 years (www.hillierassociates.com); 2. Not receiving an automated order confirmation email as advised at point of purchase; 3. You could offer (at at a premium) a service to print out and enclose a compliments slip; 4. As above, you could offer a folding service, for example for A4 letters, so they can go out as "small letter", thereby saving postage costs and improving presentation options for the client; 5. You offer 2 types of paper (gsm), you could (again at a premium) offer varieties of paper type, such as "laid" (for higher quality letters, or specific premium paper product, such as "conqueror".
