“Printed on good quality paper, packaged and delivered on time. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is I feel the delivery charges are a little high.”

“The quality of the copying was great and exactly what I ordered but the packaging could have been better. Our copies arrived a bit bashed up. Will use the service again though.”

“Very helpful before ordering and order arrived promptly and looked great. The actual uploading and choices were confusing as was how to delete/view products in your basket. But overall it was a good experience and I would use again.”

“It should be possible to create an account and see all the purchases made. Also you should stick to the delivery timescale advised on the website and contact the customer if there are any issues as soon as possible. Not wait for the customer”

Hi Rosangela, thanks for your review. You can actually create an account and see your order history (and reorder documents and entire orders without having to upload/specify again). Please go to www.doxdirect.com/order/login to create an account. I checked your order and actually we despatched it a day early - 1 day production instead of 2, plus free Royal Mail delivery. “I was mostly very impressed with the service and quality of production I had from DoxDirect. The only main issues I had were in the website process to create my document; 1) Once at checkout, I couldn't get back to modify my file. 2) When editing tabs, if you got something wrong you couldn't edit them and save again, you had to delete and re-create. 3) When my finished document came through, all my tabs were on the wrong pages, all ofset by one. I think this may have been me not paying enough attention, but I suspect it probably wasn't clear enough about this. 4) The above could have been aided by a more visual preview of how the document was going to be printed, with the tabs clickable so when you clicked them you'd be at the page you had turned to, if you had turned the tab from right to left as you would physically. It would then have been good to be able to move the tabs quickly. Sweeties in the box were a nice touch!”

“Have been using Doxdirect for over a year now, once termly for A4 loose leaf certificates. Quality, turn around and delivery is excellent and fast. Disappointed this time with the new website which is much more complicated to use than it was before when uploading multiple documents. Had to start over 3 times which was very frustrating.”

“Overall happy with the service- great quality of print and high colour quality so worth the money (and a nice feature was the inclusion of a packet of sweets with my delivery!) But having paid extra for delivery on a Monday, the pictures didn't arrive until late on Tuesday which affected my work schedule, which was obviously disappointing. I would request that the website try providing more accurate delivery information when ordering or an email update as I don't remember being notified of any delays. I could have rearranged schedule to accommodate this instead of it being an inconvenience. But I would use the service again and allow for a longer delivery as the product itself was very good”

Hi Alice, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Sorry to hear your pictures didn't arrive in time for when you needed them. I noticed on your order details that you'd chosen the free Royal Mail delivey option, and, although they do aim to deliver all 1st class post within a day, with this option there is only an estimated rather than guaranteed delivery date We do have courier options for next day delivery, guaranteed, which may be useful for a future order :)

“Great price and turnaround. Print was nice too. But the print had a couple of creases in it. One from the machine and one from packing which was disappointing.”
