“Super reasonable and affordable price! However the colour accuracy isn't great, I suggest lowering the saturation on colourful images, but nevertheless I would buy from this website again”

“Quality of the prints is fantastic. However, every time I needed to upload in the past 2-3 weeks, I've needed to restart my browser. Today, it took me 20 mins to upload 2 documents. The longest I've waited for uploads is 30-40mins. Maybe there are bugs in the system? Please, could these be fixed because I've been using Doxdirect for the past year and they, in my opinion, provide the best quality documents - and they give you Haribos! Please, Doxdirect, can this be fixed? As I'm sure a lot of your customers, including me, don't want to go elsewhere. Thanks”

“Long standing company and have used a variety of their services and products. Quality of printing is exceptional, turn around is usually as shown at time of order. Couple of problems recently in that they usually provide an email confirmation of dispatch, and this failed to arrive and when you query it the response appears to be a standard copy and paste and does not address your individual comments.”

“The book printing quality is really good, great value for money and very speedy processing/delivery! The only thing that brings them down is the incredibly broken upload/artwork tool which is always giving me error messages. Thankfully the customer services are very helpful in those situations. So once they fix the broken upload/artwork tool, they really will be perfect!”

“The actual printing and support i received was great - but the website didn't work. So i had to go through quite a rigmarole to actually get to the stage where i got the documents i needed printing, printed!”

“Needs better integration between the library (registered member account) and the main order page. If you want to change, say, the binding, it switches over to the main order page and logs-off the member account. It would be much handier if the library was integrated with the main order page. Customer service is great - even spotted a page numbering error and emailed me about it.”

“Quality photo reproduction, but a little disappointed with the card stock. Ordered 130gsm card but seems this wasn't as stiff as I had expected. Fantastic fast turnaround, amazing prices - no other site competes on price - and would just check on card stock next time.”
