“Wrote a family history for my grandson for Christmas and was really pleased with how it turned out in the end. Found designing the cover a little fiddly but it looked pretty good once I figured out how it all worked.”

“I was really happy with the overall print quality of my document, and would definitely use the service again. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order until the day after my meeting, despite ordering it four days in advance, which was a bit of a pain. From a packaging perspective, I appreciate that you need to ensure the print outs reach customers in pristine condition, but surely 3, A3 print outs could've been sent in a rigid envelope, as opposed to a giant box? I would've preferred to have my order delivered to reach the date specified with the free p&p, instead of a giant box which cost £3 to courier. Other than that, I'm really happy with the service, and will be using you again soon.”

“My order arrived in good time and the books look very good. There was a slight problem in that one page was printed upside down but that is being rectified. If I have any criticism it is that some of the files were not printed exactly as they were sent resulting in some of the text being inappropriately placed. This did not spoil the books but I would have preferred the layout to be as I had sent it. There were pictures and in some places the text was wrapped around the picture making it a little difficult to read - the books were for children.”

“Great service, only improvement I can think of is getting the login function working on the website and some sort of 'upload and remember' so the customer can come back and finish the order at a later date”

“Everything was fine, but I would have preferred if the packaging wasn't so big. It didn't fit through the letterbox and I had to go pick it up from the local post office, which meant I only actually got the prints 5 days after I ordered and payed for 1st class delivery. I am sure the last time I ordered some prints, they came in a malleable cardboard envelope as opposed to a full cardboard box.”

“It was easy to use the system on line, editing the document with inserting tabs or choosing the cover and such. At first it's a little worrying until I see the actual binding however, I was happy to see the finished peace! Thank you!”

“Louise was extremely helpful in getting my document to the correct format for printing before uploading it to your site. I struggled to enter my own details when I placed the order because the boxes that you have to fill in are not visible until you hover the mouse over the correct position which is not obvious. The ability to review the order and change parameters (copy number, card weight and card finish) and see the impact on pricing prior to placing the order is very good. It was also reassuring to be able to view the final document to check it was all ok before placing the order. I will certainly use this site again for my printing requirements.”

“Fast service, good quality, only marred by the top copy having ball pen imprint where someone had handwritten my order number atop the finished prints. That said, generally speaking I was very happy, and will be using again.”

“The service with regards to troubleshooting is excellent and the delivery time was speedy. The website could do with a bit of updating to make the uploading faster and the process a bit more streamlined and more intuitive. Other than that, I am a very happy customer.”

“I found a certain part of the online ordering process a little confusing (defining the cover content, as opposed to the inner face of the cover); this caused a misprint. The company were most helpful and replaced the printing very promptly and for free. Their help and advice were mos t appreciated; the end product is first class. I look forward to using this company again.”
