“I can't fault the quality of the product, the turnaround speed (which was amazing) or the service, but what turned up wasn't quite as expected (although still perfectly usable). Would I use again? Absolutely, but given the time I would get a single sample beforehand to check how things like adding a cover to a booklet works since what arrived wasn't what was described on the website or by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone.”

“My print was borderless and some pages were supposed to be connected through a spread of two pages. The images were not aligned properly at all. They are kind enough to offer a reprint and even patience to give helpful guidance in the requirement they are looking for. Great service. However, the images are still not aligned 100%, but they are fine.”

“The only reason I didn't score the top mark was because I had trouble using the cover design template and didn't have a choice which paper quality I could order online ... I had to send an email requested the alternative paper and make an additional payment. However, excellent product and very quick turn around. Thank you!”

“We had a second order of 3 individual books where only a small thing was different on each. However you glued the wrong cover with the wrong main parts of each book - this was a small mistake and is okay. Otherwise the printed product is smasching :D”

“Decent response time. Overall good, but here is our experience: They initially got the binding edge incorrect, it was supposed to be on the short side, but it was placed on the long side of the document. It didn't help that the software preview showed it on the correct edge. Colours were dark on initial print. Called up customer services, and they said they would rectify it. They're a bit slow in responding to emails, and phone works best. Repeated requests for a printed sample to be photographed (so we could check the tonality) were ignored, however this does not mean they don't resolve the issues. They corrected the binding, and made a lighter tone print and we were very happy with the end result. No extra charge. Perhaps their online preview needs a slight improvement to include short side/long side as the binding edge, and colour tone. Still the prices are great, quality great, and the site is easy to use. Recommended.”

“I have used doxdirect a few times now. Though they can be a little optimistic about when something will be delivered, I cannot fault the quality of what I've received. Would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Everything was printed as ordered. the only thing I would say is, the order confirmation stated that we would receive a further email when the order was dispatched. We did not. Other than that it was all fine and cheaper than Staples!”

“Fast delivery, quality paper and printing. I couldn’t find a way to upload multiple files for printing without merging them, which is disappointing and will make me look else ware, but good for individual items.”

Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. We are actually planning to introduce a multiple file uploader, so you can print several documents with individual options and binding types without merging them (although the merge option will still be available to use). “End result was good -- but the website very nearly lost me. I uploaded the PDF, then found that some of the selection/option buttons on the right didn't work (Chrome, Windows 7), so carried on without an option I wanted. Next I was asked to fill in my details, with the option to register. Since I expected I might use this service again, I chose to register. Filled in the details, etc., but now my document had gone AWOL! Uploaded again -- the website looked different, but at least all the option buttons worked. From then on all was fine, and very pleased with the swift service and clean (no paper-dust sticking to the cover) document, and the well-packed delivery. Will use again next time I need a colour print!”
