“Really quick and easy company to work with. Needed my document printed quickly for a uni deadline and was concerned when I hadn’t received a dispatch confirmation email on the day it was due to be delivered. I emailed customer service and within minutes they replied apologising and I received my document the next day! Can’t praise the service enough, best customer service I’ve received online! :)”

“Doxdirect did a great job on my print - everything was as requested and the quality looks and feels really great on all the products I ordered. It arrived when it was due to and the only issue was that Royal Mail lost it for a couple days but now reunited!”

“Doxdirect really pulled this one out of the bag at the 11th hour: I needed to get some prints to a customer in time for their birthday. The order arrived but it had been rammed through the door by an over zealous postie. Not Doxdirect's fault of course but I had to get it replaced. They resent the order, it arrived the very next day in perfect condition because they added cardboard sheets to 'inform' the postie to knock the door! I got the order out to my customer in time for tomorrow! I am so impressed by their customer service and print quality which is why I use them for all my printing now :)”
