“Did exactly what I hoped they would. Only gripe was the fiddly upload process and title page editor all of which slowed down or sometimes flaked out with large files. But the whole order was filled correctly and I was delighted.”

She has went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the product before printing, I couldn't be happier. She is a credit to the business.
