Thank you for posting a review. Sorry that your order didn't arrive as quickly as expected. FYI, turnaround refers to the time for the printing and binding to be produced, and delivery is in addition to this. When choosing the free Royal Mail delivery option the delivery date is estimated rather than guaranteed. Many thanks, Doxdirect.

“Really good quality A3 printing quick service and turnaround can't fault them! Price was really competitive. Oh except the sweets, really lovely and much appreciated but have to be donated to my son - not suitable for vegetarians! Otherwise no complaints 😀”

Hi Bob, having offered free delivery on orders above £1.50 for the past few years, we've recently increased the eligible order value to £2.50, and at the same time have reduced postage costs for orders below £2.50 (from £3.25 to £2.50). We feel that free delivery on a spend of only £2.50 is still a very good deal, and the lower priced paid-for delivery service actually makes ordering cheaper for a lot of our customers.
