"The experience was very unpleasant because when we arrived at the airport, the staff from Keddi, represented by Europcar, did not recognize the reservation I had paid for on the website \u2014 a full \u20ac191 including platinum insurance. At Europcar, we had to pay for another insurance, totaling \u20ac300 plus a \u20ac100 deposit. On top of that, the Keddi website did not mention that a \u20ac800 deposit would be blocked on our card. So what i thought was a \u20ac200 car reservation was actually \u20ac600. I do not recommend"

"This company are running a SCAM, they know you will not be able to have the vehicle booked unless you pay a lot more.\r\nJuly 2024\r\nWe pre paid for a hire car with insurance and paid extra for an insurance platinum waiver. Goldcar at Murcia International demanded we pay \u20ac180 for their insurance, plus local taxes at the incorrect rate or we cannot have the vehicle, their operator advised \u2018DoYouSpain\u2019 insurance is worth nothing!\r\nI have sent several emails, with no replies.\r\nYes, this is a scam!"

"They give you a price online for a car you chose, ask if you want premium insurance to cover everthing so you book all of this then then when you collect your car at your destination airport it's like that booking never happened and all you have is communication set up. You don't get that car, you're told bascially nothing has been paid for and then have to pay more. I paid \u00a3150 initially then got stung another \u00a3350 at the airport! Disgusting, avoid at all costs!"

"Booked and paid for a vehicle, but did not receive a confirmation email or booking voucher. Went to Del Paso Rentals in Malaga Airport with my booking reference and was told, no voucher, no car. Tried to get hold of Do You Spain for two hours with no luck.\r\nSpoke to someone the next day who just spun a load of lies saying that they did send an email even though they couldn't re-send it on request. Will not refund my money. Terrible, disgusting company obviously stealing from as many people as possible. Be very aware using this scam company."

"Disgusting experience. Reference: DYS-50105437.\r\n\r\nI was in a hurry to rent a car. Went through the checkout process which was straightforward, got charged for \u20ac118.66 for 3 days + insurance. Got an email 5 minutes later saying I should pick up my car from Europcar. Got there, shared all the details with them and they said they can't give me a car because I paid with a debit card and I didn't have a credit card on me. I was told to call DoYouSpain and cancel my booking and get my money back. After 20 minutes I finally got through to an agent and explained the whole situation and asked for a refund. He kept saying that there's nothing he can do because in the terms and conditions it said you must have a credit card. Obviously I am furious, not only did I not miss my appointments, I got scammed to pay for a service which didn't work. What have I been charged for? I told the representative on the call if I'm not refunded my money back. I will post a bad review, because this is very unfair. I didn't have time to read your terms and conditions because I was in a hurry and you don't make it clear and obvious either on the checkout process, it's obvious why not, profiteering of people in similar positions. All this happened in the span of 30 minutes. I have never experienced such bad service anywhere else and this is my first bad review. I was sure that I wouldn\u2019t have a problem getting my money back because that\u2019s how legit companies operate, they rely on good and honest service. Lastly, I will happily remove this review if I get my money back. Shame on you."
