“El ordenador muy bien, funciona perfectamente y todo genial, pero no es envío gratuito hay q avisar que al pasar aduanas se paga el 21% del precio del paquete al no ser de la unión europea, eso hay que avisar, no decir que es gratuito, al final me ha salido súper caro, un saludo .”

“Revisited: So the company contacted med within a day and asked me if I was willing to get my money back so that I could buy a new screen protector, I said yes and a few days later was on my account and I bought a new screen protector that was perfect. Well I have only ordered one thing from DroiX and the shipping was great but... The protective glas for my Odin 2 that I ordered was missing glue or rather the glue was messed up in one of the corners. That part of the glas is outside of the screen though so it doesn't mess up the picture but annoying to see it anyway. I have never seen this in other glas protectors so this is probably just bad luck.”

“I paid an extra money to upgrade my memory. And I did not get my 1TB memory. I am upset to be honest because I did not get what I paid for. 257gb is all they gave me. **** First and Foremost I take full accountability. DroiX reach out to me and said “hey check the drives there may have been a mistake” . Guess what, there was and I appreciate you guys reach back to me. Seriously thank you. I attached the picture to show that I do have the 1.5tb on my GPD Win Mini! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!”

“Ne connaissant pas du tout Droix, je dois avouer que j'étais assez circonspect au début lorsque j'ai passé commande pour un Beelink Ser7. Le fait qu'il s'agisse d'une société européenne (même si son pays d'attache n'est plus dans l'UE) m'a encouragé à passer commande, cela m'a semblé un pas plus facile à franchir que face à un fournisseur (essayez AliExpress...). Ma prudence s'est poursuivie lorsque j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés passagères pour passer ma commande. Et au moment de payer, je vois une société "Entertainment gadget ltd" : je me suis posé quelques questions, mais en cherchant sur internet, c'était parfaitement cohérent. Finalement, bien m'en a pris. A partir du moment où j'ai passé ma commande, j'ai tout le temps été informé du statut de ma commande : qu'est-ce que cela change des relations avec les fournisseurs chinois et qu'est-ce que c'est mieux. Je n'ai pas eu à les solliciter, j'ai vu le statut de ma commande constamment et surtout très rapidement progresser. Lorsque mon produit est arrivé en douane, j'ai bien reçu la demande de justificatifs pour le dédouanement et le processus s'est poursuivi dans aucun souci après la production des justificatifs. Je suis ravi de ce mode de fonctionnement. Leur suivi et leur réactivité une fois la commande passée : tout simplement excellent. Le produit est arrivé, neuf et parfaitement emballé. Et tellement vite. Je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de le tester, cela va être fait d'ici la fin de la semaine. Mais je pense que je vais passer d'autres commandes à Droix, je suis complètement rassuré. Comme j'ai passé commande à travers ma propre société, j'avais quelques craintes, mais je suis réellement rassuré. Merci à vous, Droix. Nicolas”

“I'm always careful, when I order something from abroad (especially when the price is better than in my own country), but everything was super smooth, console was well-packed, and it only took a few days to get it. Honestly - 5 stars are not enough ;-)”
