“Customer Service for Droix is one of the best out there! My GPD Win 4 6800u was having screen issues after 6 months, so I contacted Droix for support. The customer service reps were very clear and helped me troubleshoot my device, but we were unsuccessful in fixing the device. So I had to send the device out to repair (US to UK). Once my device was at Droix, they communicated in entirety on what requirements were needed to fix the device. Ultimately, there were not enough spare parts to fix my device so they sent me a new one! 100% recommend this company for anyone's purchasing decisions, they actually care about their consumers and I will be purchasing from them moving forward.”

“Had no problems with the order at all. The site was easy to use and shipping was faster than I expected (five days, but that's overseas and including New Years). “Very good service and shipping. Checkout took 10 minutes at 2nd try, because it doesn't take some types of cards. Shipping is really good, the console (in this case a RP3+) should have arrived here in Italy in december 28th, but it arrived 6 days before the expected date. I recommend it.”
