“The customer service is so far so good. They answer every one of your question thoroughly and fast. I think for buying a device from Chinese companies which provide great products but bad customer service, a third party is required and I could not find a better one than Droix.”

The reply was really quick, the CS rep was friendly and helpful (turns out the card was left in the device during testing - nice to know they are tested before being shipped out!).
