The item I purchased was of a reasonable value, the on-line ordering process easy, the confirmation of order prompt, delivery quicker than stated and a friendly e-mail communication with order-actioning staff member. I was very pleased with the customer service provided. Regards Mr E R Wood

I was very pleased with my purchase. A fantastically low price but from a UK-based retailer so no fears to be had about whether the software was legitimate or whether my money might disappear. I was also impressed by prompt email attention. So great product (Sibelius 7.5 upgrade) at a great price with great customer care.

Product delivered within two days as promised. Arrived in sound condition. I ordered on-line on a Saturday but through my own incompetence actually set a process in action that would have delivered two items. I only discovered this on the Sunday so speedily sent off explanatory e-mails - expecting no action until Monday. To my surprise and pleasure I received responses within a matter of minutes and the problem was resolved. I shall have no hesitation in using this firm again and recommend it strongly.

Found DS Music very efficient, polite and helpful. Music I ordered arrived very quickly and I was informed of its arrival very quickly. Only way it could have been better was if music had been in store in the first place!

DS Music always gives excellent customer service. Whether it's advice whenever I've visited the shop in person or ordering online so my son can collect items when he's in school (he boards in Monmouth). I love this music shop, the staff are always friendly, cheerful and helpful - thank you DS Music.

Initial enquiries about the product were dealt with very well, demonstrating good product knowledge and advice, although spoken too quickly, with an assumption that I was understanding everything as it was being explained. I was buying this item for someone else as a Christmas present and knew nothing of the technology behind it. However, I was confident enough in their service to go ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately, the key email with the verification code to enable the product to be activated was not sent to me (later they said it had been), so maybe I just didn't receive it. So the Christmas present couldn't get activated until Jan 2nd., when the only person who knew what to do came back from the Christmas/New Year break and sent the missing email. This proved very frustrating. However, all's well that end's well. The product's fine, up and running and I know if I do have any further issues, they will be happy to help from their end.

Product really good but unfortunately when buying shop assistant did not tell me that an adaptor was needed, although I told him the make and model of the Clavinova, which meant we had to go back two days later, pay another car park, and although I was given the adaptor free I felt it was unfortunate that he did not do his research in the beginning - a little careless.
