“I communicated with DS Music through web chat, telephone and email and they were very helpful in all instances, especially when the website ordering process for Sibelius 7.5 didn't work properly first time round. I did receive an automated email acknowledgement with a much later delivery date than quoted online which gave me a bit of a shock but I emailed the store who reassured me that the order would come in time and in fact it arrived earlier than I expected which was a very nice surprise.”

“Brilliant service. Phoned for assistance before purchasing from the website and despite key personnel missing that day phone calls to the missing people were made by the remaining staff and call backs made within minutes. Goods were despatched promptly and arrived safely. A subsequent order was dealt with using next day delivery without any extra charge. Not surprised to find the firm has been given a retailing accolade. Well deserved from my experience.”
