“Ordered a present which was apparently dispatched the next day. A week and a half nothing has come. Tracking does not work. They've stopped replying to messages. Huge disappointment and stress this has caused. Avoid this company extremely unreliable in every way”

Ordered 9th, delivered and signed for 22nd December. Slight delay due to a reduced postal service during this time, and Covid related issues. All customer messages replied to in good time
