“Great product, great price and speedy delivery. I have only given four stars as I wish that they would package their items for shipment in boxes. I ordered a pair of Swarovski earring but the box and gift bag arrived very squashed as it had been sent in an envelope. Thankfully they were for me but if they were to be gifted I would have been disappointed.”

“Pre-ordered the child figurine in October 2020. At the time, it was due to be released in November, but due to Covid, this got pushed back. At first it was just a couple months. Finally arrived a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, we were given absolutely no information about what was happening. The only reason I knew the release was delayed was because I kept. Omi g back to the product page to see what was happening. I also contacted them via chat a few times, only to be told that they did not know what was happening as they were not getting any information from Swarovski. When I contacted Swarovski directly about the release of the figurine, I had a response within 12 hours telling me when they were due to release it, and the number of pieces that would be available. Not sure how I was able to get that Information, but Duty free were not. It was a week or two after my last chat asking if they had any idea when they would be sent out (they did not) that I received a confirmation of dispatch of my item. It arrived a couple days later. The item itself is lovely”

Repeatedly informed customers of the delay via social media and newsletters. Any product that did arrive in store was dispatched on a chronological basis (and we honoured the 2020 price).

“I waited a long time for this due to supply and covid lock down, however I cannot stress how much it was definitely worth the wait!! Really good value for money, when it came into stock it was shipped to me asap, great packaging came with a receipt for my purchase. Excellent customer service, great communication, love my Swarovski Baby Yoda (Grogu) would definitely by from Duty Free Crystals again.”

“I was a bit disappointed with how the crystal was packed they use to come in their box inside a box with lots of packaging but this crystal was only in its box inside a jiffy bag and the package wasn’t very well sealed .”
