“It is almost impossible to get an answer to any question. There is no way to increase your insurance if you wanted to.”

“You asked me to pay 40 dollars every month because I didn't have a a good credit score , while I had a top credit back in China but your country's institution ignored it. You treated me like a potential criminal and I endured for 8 months. But my roommate who is also a newcomer just arrived here from the same country only pays 20, that just makes me doubt your credibility. When I tried to contact your customer service, I waited for 2 days and got the reply which was copied and pasted from Q&A box. I can't let me insured by someone who I can't even trust.”
