“Over all experience is good. I had to contact multiple time to get some ammendment done in the policy. Also the customer support team is not available instantly and there is a delay in the response from them.”

“I was quite satisfied with Duuo until the monthly rate increased after a few months from $17-$34. Some speculation was offered as to why the increased occurred but no precise reason was given so I cancelled the policy and sought out alternative tenant insurance.”

Thank you for your feedback. We never increase our premiums just because we can. There are multiple rating factors that our underwriters use to determine premium rates, such as postal code, credit score, crime rates, and claims, to name a few. We are always working behind the scenes to improve our client experience. We appreciate your business.

“To be honest, would not have tenent insurance if my building did not force me too, so I see this as an annoying extra cost each month plain and simple”

“I find it disappointing that the rates can change monthly based on credit rating. All it takes is doing a credit check and the rating goes down which then affects the monthly rate. Does seem fair if the premium is paid monthly with no issues.”

“It was very convoluted and difficult. It took three of us several weeks to get it and find out it was wrong. Super, unnecessarily difficult. Everyone was very helpful though.”

“Hi. It works off and on. We purchased 2 of them and the blue one is difficult to put back together after cleaning it. We find that the blue one doesn't always heat up the best either. Thanks and have a great day. Dean”
