So far so good except that for some reason my initial payment method was not accepted despite there being no issues with the credit card.

I called the number I was given 3 times. No one answered or called me back. Then I went online and did it from there. I almost didn't choose your company because of that.

We are saddened to hear this. Duuo is always open to working with our clients to better their experiences. We are a digital first service, unfortunately, we do not always have an agent available for phone support, however our online response time is much faster. I really liked your service but I got shut down to quickly as my bank account was frauded and had no funds available to pay duuo and duuo shut our insurances policies off and camcelled them. Now ny banking is fixed and I have no policies me nore my nephew 2 separate policies.

It was very confusing trying to get coverage for 18 Saturdays starting June 3/23 til Sept.30/23. I had to find the right coverage for 18 days which took me a week and cost a fortune since I'm a senior on a very low income.

A company should always provide a receipt regardless if it was sent or not. Good practices give positive results.

We are a digital insurance platform and many of our processes are automated, which helps us offer a competitive price. One of these automated processes includes transaction details at the time of policy purchase. A billing reminder is always shared 14 days in advance to help keep things like the amount and date of withdrawal transparent to our clients.

Can't really tell yet. If and when I need to file a claim (hope not) then I will know what Duuo is like for service.

Our month-to-month policies act like a subscription service, providing utmost flexibility to ensure you have coverage when you need it and how you want it! There is the option to enter your landlord’s email address through the online quoting process so that your landlord will be notified of policy purchase, and in the event of policy cancellation.
