“DYL is a great customer management VOiP option for our insurance agency. It allows us to understand where we need to improve by tracking simple metrics like daily talk time and time per call. It helps our agency management review our customer experience with recorded calls and helps follow up/tracking. Great system that has allowed our business to grow.”

“I have been with DYL since close to when they launched their phone services. Although a bit shaky in the beginning, they worked through several issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. The service is very good when we call for an issue (which is not that frequent). I would recommend DYL to others.”
