The pads are good. I’m still on the first one and it’s now pretty much lost it’s stick. I’ve been putting it on a finger with arthritis.
The pillow case I bought is a bit rough for my face after using a silk one for years. I’ve now put it as the bottom pillow so I am at least getting a bit of earthing on some of my neck and my hand when I put it there. I’m hoping it will soften with washing? I have an earthing mattress overlay so I’m still sleeping earthed.”

We've never heard that before about the Cotton Pillowcase but yes, it would feel a little different if you're used to a silk pillow case. You might find that washing helps to soften it slightly. Just be careful to use very gentle detergent to protect the silver. We're pleased to hear that you found a solution and are still able to benefit from earthing while you sleep.
