Hi, we're sorry your order got delayed in the Christmas Post. We note you posted your review before contacting us to explain there was an issue. At this time of year we quote up to 7 working days for delivery of standard 2nd class post as we know there will be delays due to the time of year. You left your review before the 7 working days had passed and as we have had no reply to the e-mail you sent us we assume your order has now arrived.

“Ordered for delivery on Monday as I required the marker to complete a project for Tuesday, arrived Wednesday after completion of project so not used, waste of time / money”

Hi, we're sorry your order did not arrive in time, it was dispatched within 45 minutes of you placing your order, we always say please allow more time for deliveries in December due to Christmas Post and that seems to have been whats happened here. Thanks Andrew

“The product was just left on my doorstep by the courier so anyone could of taken it. i bought wall art stickers which came with very little instructions on how to put it on the wall, eventually after trying for 20 mins to stick it up it got ruined and I had to bin it! Also the chalk pens are terrible, massive waste of money and time.”

We've been in contact with this customer to apologise that Royal Mail left his parcel on the doorstep which they should not have done. We've also helped the customer with the issue he had with the wall sticker and chalk pen.
