First of all I was told that I had had the delivery which I hadn’t, but if the delivery was delivered as it was today it would have been a 5 star mark, but will try another order from this company and if I have the same problem I will be looking at ordering from another company.

Customers order was shown as delivered by Royal Mail with tracking and GPS coordinates of the delivery location which showed the order was delivered correctly. Despite this, in this instance we sent a replacement order out to customer.

Late delivery, had to go out and buy as the product was ordered on the 10th, due on 19th, actually arrived on 22nd, unfortunately too late for the job.

I bought a small blackboard which arrived in good time and seemed well wrapped. Unfortunately, despite the adequate layers of bubble-wrap, the corners were not protected and two of them are squashed. This is disappointing and I suggest you use corner protectors in the future.

Hi, Sorry to see your 2 star review because you've received a damaged chalkboard. This happens very rarely and as you said in your comments it was adequately packed. We would never expect our customers to keep any products with problems. If you receive items which are damaged, we would ask you to email sales@easichalk.com in order to give us the opportunity of sorting out any issues before posting a review. I ordered a Posca pen 2.5mm in red wine and got just red which is not the correct colour so now I need to return it.

My paint was delivered on time no problems. When I opened my paint, applying very little pressure the lid flew off, hit the ceiling, the paint splattered everywhere; my face, clothes, ceiling, window, walls, table... Literally it went everywhere. Not only has this caused considerable mess but it could be dangerous, the lid could have hit me in the face or eye... This needs to be seriously considered!!

I recieved the pens in a brown bag with know outer cover for that kind of money .I will not be buying from you .I had to buy a pencil case to keep them in .

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Your order was sent in a brown bubble wrap envelope which was then placed inside a plastic courier bag for courier delivery. Bubble wrap envelopes are used by the majority of Stationers to deliver products as they provide sufficient protection against been knocked or damaged. All our mega packs are designed to offer the most value for money as possible and so customers can buy every single colour in a range for a fantastic price. In the product description it does say that they come supplied loose to keep the price as low as possible, as adding a pencil case or a box would increase the postage and packaging costs significantly on this pack which means the price of the pack would have to increase to reflect that. I'm sorry you were not happy with your purchase, as always with easichalk you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you would like to return any new and unused products and we will happily refund you once returned. I would like to leave a review but unfortunately after receiving an email a week ago to say my order had been dispatched I still have not received it!

We have been in contact with the customer to investigate why they have not received their order and it looks like it has been lost or mis-delivered by Royal Mail. We have apologised to the customer and are making the situation right.
